Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Duties & taxes are the responsibility of you, the customer. They cannot be estimated and are not the responsibility of the Shop.

Missing Orders

If you have received notification of shipment, but have not received your package, you must contact us within 10 business days of ship date.

Please note that if the original “ship to” address is insufficient or incorrect and returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
